Works great. i also have bought the one where that pumps up i do not like the one that pumps up because when you pump it up your foot actually lowers instead of being in the upper neutral position defeating the purpose of buying one this one is exactly what i need. i wear it with all of my slip-on shoes

The toes don't stick up! Recommended for those who tend to trip. Since it's a dial type, loosen it a bit when driving the car! When walking, if you tighten it properly, it makes walking easier. I have a disease that causes my muscle strength to decline, so I can't let go easily.
